In 2001, coming to the U.S. from India and buying my first consumer camera was a dream come true. What started with an experiment, gradually became a passion and a profession.
In 2008, I co-founded NYNJ Photography and ran a successful wedding photography and cinematography business for a decade.
In 2017, I left NYNJ Photography and found Bliss Wedding Films to serve couples who are obsessed to have a cinematic, timeless and personalized wedding film.
I have filmed more than 200 weddings and I learned one most important thing: memories gradually fade overtime so capturing moments and stories which the couple wants to remember for lifetime is the most important thing. When filming and editing, I imagine my bride and groom setting on the couch watching the wedding film on their 50th anniversary. I ask myself what do they want to see and hear? Same question is asked to them so I truly understand who they are.
